Ms. Stromberg

StrombergSandra.pngMs. Stromberg started at Poway High School in 1997 and opened up Westview in 2002 as Student Services Specialist. She moved from San Francisco, attended San Diego State and received a BA in Public Health.
The role of Student Services Specialist is making sure all students feel connected in some way with their fellow falcons, teachers, staff, and community.

She serves as social/emotional support for students, classroom presentations on (TUPE) Tobacco/Drugs, Coordinates Healthy kids Survey for 7th graders,

And serves as Co-Advisor for leadership clubs on campus including OVPL (Oak Valley Peer Leaders) ASB (Associated Student Body) and NPFH (No Place For Hate).

Ms. Stromberg runs the Falcon Center during lunch where students can come meet and connect with other students, play games and hang out during both A and B lunches and check out equipment during this time.

She works in close liaison with students, teachers, staff and parents who acts as a link to assist, support and communicate with all the above.
